Follow the steps below to book your Workshop:
- Send a query via email: office.dzievan.com@gmail.com about free space
- If you hear from us that space is available, make a Workshop booking prepayment [£50] via bank transfer on the day you heard from us to make sure that your space is kept for you.
- The next step is to make a second transfer [£245] within the latest 10 days before the Workshop to make your payment in full.
- If you book your Workshop in less than 10 days, make a full amount [£295] transfer.
The Invoice for the Workshop is issued each time you make a transfer. If you need us to put special details for you into the invoice, ask for this clearly in the sent email. We usually send all invoices on the last day of each month.
Important notice:
The ”Workshop booking prepayment” is non-refundable once it’s paid.
The ”full Workshop payment” is non-refundable once it’s paid.
By sending a Workshop booking prepayment, you confirm that you agree to that.
However, if you experience a life incident that you won’t be able to partake in the booked Workshop we will do our best to relocate you to another convenient time to let you get the service you paid for. Note please we can propose it only twice and if you refuse the case is over.
