THEY CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE WITH A MINIMUM OF EQUIPMENT. NUTRITION IS BASED ON FOUR MAIN PILLARS: QUANTITY, QUALITY, FREQUENCY AND METHOD OF EATING. IMPORTANT, WE CAN EAT WHAT WE LIKE.
