THEY ARE REALLY SIMPLE AND VERY EASY TO APPLY. THE BASE OF MOVEMENT IS VIA-SET, IT WARM-UP AND THE FIVE MAIN PROGRESSIVE EXERCISES WITH OWN BODY MASS. THEY CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE WITH A MINIMUM OF EQUIPMENT. NUTRITION IS BASED ON FOUR MAIN PILLARS: QUANTITY, QUALITY, FREQUENCY AND METHOD OF EATING. IMPORTANT, WE CAN EAT WHAT WE LIKE.
