It consists of a 5-minute full-body warm-up and 5 full-body strength exercises that take 15 minutes. VIA SET is essential for your health. The VIA Nutrition System. It is built on 4 pillars: Quantity, Frequency, Quality, and The Way The Food is Eaten. It lets you enjoy food without restrictions. It ensures you maintain a stable, healthy body weight. It satisfies the key needs: fuel for life, health, and pleasure.
