From childhood, Zbyszek was very curious about the world. He was always asking everyone about everything to learn as much as possible. He always read a lot of books and comics. He was interested in all areas of life. He wanted to know how the world works, how people live, and how machines function.

Although he grew up in the city, he spent every free moment in nature, including every winter and summer holiday in his beloved mountains. Fantasy and science-fiction literature gave him a strong direction in the development of his personality and interests. He always believed that the world and people have infinite possibilities just waiting to be discovered.

Zbyszek was always very physically active. Running, swimming, climbing trees, cycling, and hiking in nature were his daily routine, intertwined with reading books. He wanted to be a superhero endowed with as many useful skills as possible.

A general high school was the most natural thing for him on his educational path. At that time, he added martial arts, survival skills, and the dynamically developing world of computer games to his passions.

After starting his studies in teaching chemistry, he began to give private lessons. Zbyszek quickly discovered his natural ability to teach others. His successes were strongly marked by a deeper education in the fields of teaching, brain development, psychology, and didactics. Everyone who worked with him achieved quick success.

Over time, he delved deeply into cognitive science, neurochemistry, and neurobiology. He was interested in any knowledge that helped in human education and development. At the same time, Zbyszek became a Ju-Jitsu Sports Instructor and began conducting group training sessions. Teaching in every field gave him enormous satisfaction.

Perseverance in pursuing his goals, along with his successes in teaching and training, had a stimulating effect on Zbyszek, encouraging him to expand his activities into another area of his passion – social activism. This led to 12 years of work in local government, where he was particularly involved in the topics of sport, recreation, health, and education.

The year 2005 was a turning point in Zbyszek’s development and career. Due to incorrect training methods, he suffered a serious spinal injury. As he admits himself, it was thanks to Marzena (who had been his wife for 7 years) that he survived this darkest period of his life. For a man who had lived so actively with his passions and beloved Ju-Jitsu, the situation he found himself in was simply “the end of the world’’

During his 18-month rehabilitation, Zbyszek made the biggest reflections and changes in his life. It was during that time, as he was slowly “coming back to life’’ – learning to walk and move again – that he made his greatest and most valuable reflections on body training, health, and pursuing life’s passions. From that moment on, he undertook the mission of “MAKING PEOPLE FRIENDS WITH HEALTH”.

He began testing his own training program on himself, which he and Marzena named VIA – HEALTHY STRONG BODY. After 12 months of rehabilitation, he slowly started training in martial arts again. After 18 months, he returned to training others based on the new principles of the MAKHAI – MY BODY MY SHIELD Training Program.

Both training Programmes were based on the combined action of the Mind, Brain, and Body. From that time, Zbyszek began to explore and develop this holistic approach to shaping health, mental and physical well-being, and developing useful skills.

During personal and group training sessions, Zbyszek began to consciously achieve his clients’ goals using MBB Coaching.

As he says about himself: I have drawn from the knowledge of life. I try to draw more and more every day. Today’s world, in the face of progress and the dynamic development of humanity, has a lot to offer. How to choose the right path in the thicket of possibilities? To find the answer, I subject all knowledge to constant trials and modifications, perfecting the results that I put into practice. Theory is constantly tested in practice. For one purpose. To choose what is best.
