VIA SET – Basic Physical Activity. Time: 20 mins. Frequency: Once a day, preferably in the morning, 7 days a week. It consists of a 5-minute full-body warm-up and 5 full-body strength exercises that take 15 minutes. VIA SET is essential for your health. It boosts your metabolism and gets all 11 body systems working together.
The VIA Nutrition System. It is built on 4 pillars: Quantity, Frequency, Quality, and The Way The Food is Eaten. It lets you enjoy food without restrictions. It ensures you maintain a stable, healthy body weight. It satisfies the key needs: fuel for life, health, and pleasure.
